Turn designs into fast, accessible interfaces on client projects and on our own products, and help set the standard the rest of the team builds to.

What you will do
- Build production interfaces in React and Next.js, typed end to end
- Extend and maintain our shared component library and design tokens
- Hold the line on Core Web Vitals and WCAG 2.2 AA in every release
- Work directly with designers through implementation, not just at handover
- Mentor mid-level engineers through code review
What we need
- Deep React and TypeScript experience on production applications
- Next.js App Router, server components and rendering trade-offs
- Solid CSS fundamentals; comfortable in a utility-first system
- Practical accessibility knowledge, not just an awareness of the acronym
- An eye for detail that survives a deadline
Nice to have
- Design system or component library ownership
- Animation work with Framer Motion
- Experience with headless CMS integrations
