Pre-existing tools, libraries and internal frameworks that we bring to a project remain ours, and we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use them as part of the delivered work.

5. Quotes, estimates and proposals

Estimates provided through this website or in initial conversations are indicative only and are based on the information available at the time. They do not constitute a binding offer. Binding terms, including scope, price, timeline and acceptance criteria, are set out only in a signed agreement.

6. Confidentiality

We treat information you share when discussing a potential project as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your permission. We are happy to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before any commercially sensitive detail is exchanged.
