Senior Python Developer
Build the services and data pipelines behind our AI products, from the ingestion layer through to the APIs our applications consume.

What you will do
- Design, build and maintain production Python services and APIs
- Own data and inference pipelines end to end, including their failure modes
- Integrate machine-learning models into products with sensible guardrails
- Profile and resolve real performance bottlenecks under production load
- Review colleagues’ code with reasoning, not verdicts
What we need
- Strong Python, with production experience in FastAPI, Django or Flask
- Confident designing relational schemas and writing efficient queries
- Experience owning a service in production, including being on call for it
- Testing discipline that is habitual rather than negotiated
- Clear written English — you will work directly with clients
Nice to have
- Applied machine-learning or LLM application experience
- Docker and CI/CD pipeline familiarity
- Open-source contributions
